DevLift
DevLift is built by ReGoBs, a small DevSecOps team in Kochi that runs cloud infrastructure for fintech and SaaS companies in four countries. This is who we are, and a little of the year.
Who We Are
ReGoBs started in Kochi in 2022 to build and run the infrastructure that fintech and crypto companies depend on, embedded in their engineering rather than advising from outside. After four years of doing that by hand, the repeatable parts became DevLift.
The team is small on purpose. Everyone here touches production, everyone talks to the companies whose infrastructure DevLift operates on, and everyone has an opinion about the right way to do something before it gets done. That is slower on a Tuesday and much faster over a year.
The work runs under real constraints: audits, regulators, uptime commitments and other people's money. It is why the engineering here is careful in ways that are hard to learn anywhere else, and why the people who stay tend to stay.

How We Work
Four things that are true here and are not true at most places doing the same job.
Embedded, not queued
ReGoBs sits inside a client's engineering team. DevLift is what came out of doing that by hand for four years and deciding the repeatable parts should not be manual.
Regulated by default
SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, RBI, CERT-In. Every change the product proposes has to survive an audit, because the infrastructure it touches already does.
Wide scope
In a month, one person might ship a UI, change how plans are analysed, read a pentest report and sit on an incident call.
A shared pager
Production is under an SLA, so someone is reachable when it breaks. The rotation is shared and we say so out loud.
