How we handle personal information.

Effective 13 September 2026. DevLift is a product of CloudLaunch LLC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us"). This policy covers devlift.ai and the ways you contact us through it.

What we collect

Contact details you submit through forms, demo requests or email: your name, work email, company and role.
Booking details when you schedule a call: the time you choose and your timezone.
Figures you enter into our calculators, such as monthly Datadog or AWS spend, when you choose to send them with a booking.
Website usage data such as pages visited, browser type, device type and referring campaign, collected through analytics and cookies.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry, run the demo you booked and send you the audit report you asked for.
To understand how the website is used and improve it.
To measure advertising, so we know which campaigns bring visitors who book.

We do not sell personal information.

Cookies and analytics

The website uses cookies to keep the site working and to understand how visitors use it, including analytics and advertising measurement tags. You can block cookies in your browser; the site will still work.

Who we share it with

Service providers who help us run the website, host it, send email and keep records of enquiries, under contract and only for those purposes.
Authorities, where required by law.

Audit and service data

If you grant us read-only access for a cost audit, we read metadata, utilization and billing data from your cloud and observability accounts. We do not read application data, log contents or customer records. That access is governed by the agreement for the audit or service, not by this policy, and you can revoke it at any time by deleting the role or keys you created.

How long we keep it

Contact and booking details are kept for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards. Website analytics data is retained for the shorter periods set by our analytics provider.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict some uses. Email us at privacy@devlift.ai and we will respond.
