Before you book.
Do you bill hourly?
No. A scoped project has a fixed price and a date. The managed plan is one fixed monthly fee, quoted after the free review, with no change orders for routine work.
Can we hire you for a single project?
Yes. Migrations, pipeline rebuilds, Terraform reconciliation and SOC 2 readiness are the usual ones. It ends with your team able to run what we built, and the managed plan is there if you want us to keep running it.
Which time zones do you cover?
Our engineers are in Dubai, which overlaps the UAE working day fully and the UK and US working days in part, and the rotation is on call around the clock. A page at 3am your time is answered under the SLA whatever the hour is here.
Can you work alongside our existing engineer or agency?
Yes. Most teams keep a platform lead who owns priorities while we own the running of it. Handover is gradual: we join the rotation first and take the pager once the monitoring and runbooks are ours.
Whose account and repositories are they?
Yours. We work through a cross-account role you control and everything we build lands in your repositories as Terraform. Revoke the role and you keep all of it.
How fast can you start?
The read-only review starts the week after the demo and the scorecard arrives at the end of it. Managed plans are live in four weeks. A scoped project gets its date in the review.
