AI DevOps for fintech and crypto teams
One AI DevOps team. Any cloud. Any region.
Agents run your cloud. Your team builds product. DevLift places, governs, moves and pays for your workloads across AWS, Azure, GCP and sovereign data centers, inside your own account, with a senior engineer approving every change.

The problem
Cloud is slow, costly, and locked in.
Every regulated startup hits the same three walls, usually in the same year it tries to scale.
Locked to one cloud
Each cloud works in its own way. Switching is too hard, so teams stay even when the price is wrong or the credits ran out.
DevOps hires are costly
Good cloud engineers are rare and slow to find. A small fintech cannot afford a full platform team, and one person cannot carry a pager alone.
Rules differ by region
India, the UAE and the EU each have their own data rules. One mistake blocks a launch or brings a fine.
What we are
We make clouds interchangeable.
Place, govern, move, pay. Any provider. DevLift sits between the AI models and the data centers, and it is the only layer that can be neutral about both.
Nobody above us can be neutral. Nobody below us can be neutral. We can.
How it works
Three steps. No DevOps hire.
Nothing to install and nothing to migrate first. DevLift works in the accounts you already have.
- Step 1
Connect your cloud
DevLift runs inside your own cloud account through a role you control. Your keys and data never leave.
- Step 2
Say what you need
In chat, in Slack, or from your code editor. Plain words are enough: a new environment, a cheaper database, a move to another region.
- Step 3
The agents build it
Safe by policy. Compliant by region. The cheapest option that passes the rules. A senior engineer approves anything big before it ships.
The agents
One team of four agents.
Each one owns a job a DevOps engineer used to do by hand. AWS is fully supported today. GCP is live with design partners. Azure is next.
Real example
StartGlobal moved from AWS to GCP. Nothing was wasted.
StartGlobal, a company formation and banking platform for global founders, got big GCP credits. But it still had an AWS commitment of $3,500 a month for one more year. Most teams eat that cost.
DevLift moved the workload to GCP and kept observability on AWS. Both clouds used. Nothing lost. The agents ran the move and run the day-to-day. No DevOps hire.
Compliance
Built for regulated teams.
The questions your compliance lead and your auditor will ask, answered before you grant access.
Data stays home
Runs inside your account. Secrets stay in your key store. Nothing leaves, and you can revoke access at any time.
Region rules built in
UAE first: CBUAE, ADGM and DIFC. Then India, the EU and the US. The agents know where data may live before they place anything.
Every action logged
Who, what and why. Big changes need a human to approve. The trail is ready for your auditor.

Why now
Compute is getting scarce. Multi-cloud is becoming normal.
Data center capacity doubles by 2030
100 GW of new supply and $3 trillion of investment. Occupancy is already 97%, so price and availability will differ by place and vendor.
JLL, 2026 Global Data Center Outlookof enterprises will run AI across more than one cloud by 2030
And those who do not optimize their AI compute will pay over 50% more than those who do.
Gartner, Future of Cloud 2030is building sovereign data centers
Fintechs here will run on UAE compute and global clouds at the same time. Someone has to make that work.

From customers
What engineering leaders say.
“Since bringing DevLift's AI agents into our production environments, our infrastructure operates seamlessly. We established strict, automated security guardrails without slowing down our deployments, and Finly optimized our cloud waste by thousands of dollars automatically.”
“DevLift completely removed the ops toil from our sprint cycles. Instead of manually wrestling with IaC and chasing compliance drift, we rely on their platform to keep our environments stable and audit-ready. It's like having a senior SRE on staff 24/7.”
Case studies
Fintech and crypto first.
Strict rules, big cloud bills and small teams. The companies that need an AI DevOps team most are the ones we already serve.
Security guardrails on every deploy, and cloud waste cut automatically.

We ran this by hand for four years. Now the agents do it, and the same engineers approve every change and answer the page.
The people behind the agents
DevLift is built by a small DevSecOps team in Dubai. Everyone touches production, everyone talks to clients, and the engineers who operate your accounts are the same ones who answer the page.
- Headquartered in Dubai. Runs production for fintech, crypto and AI companies across the UAE, the US and the UK.
- OSWE-certified engineers, DEF CON and Black Hat speakers and former CTF leads, with five discovered CVEs between them.
- Four years operating infrastructure by hand before the recurring work was encoded into the agents.
- A shared pager. Someone is reachable when it breaks, under an SLA, and the same engineers approve every agent change.

Questions
Before you book.
Do you need write access to start?
No. The audit runs on a read-only IAM role and a Datadog API key with read scope. Write access comes later, scoped to the changes you approve, and you can revoke it at any time.
Is the audit really free?
Yes. It runs on read-only access, takes about seven days, and the report is yours whether or not you go further. We only propose the managed plan when the audit finds annual savings of at least three times the fee. If it does not, you keep the report and pay nothing.
How is the managed plan priced?
A fixed monthly fee, quoted at the end of the audit and scoped by your cloud footprint and the work involved. No percentage of your spend, no percentage of savings, and no annual contract. It runs month to month.
How do you measure savings?
We baseline your last three invoices and normalize for usage growth, so a bill that grew slower than your traffic still counts. Each month you see the same reconciliation we do, against your own invoices.
We're mid-contract with Datadog. Is there anything to do?
Usually, yes. Committed spend still hides waste in custom metrics, indexed logs and host counts. Cutting usage now lowers the renewal, and we plan the work around your renewal date.
Will this affect alerting or reliability?
Changes go out in small, reversible steps, in staging first where one exists. Iris removes noisy alerts, not coverage, and a senior engineer signs off on every change before it ships.
How is this different from a cost dashboard?
A dashboard shows you where the money goes and leaves the work with your team. DevLift's agents do the work, our engineers approve it, and the fee is fixed rather than a slice of your spend.
Who is actually doing the work?
Two AI agents, Finly for cloud cost and Iris for observability, run the analysis and prepare the changes. DevLift engineers in Dubai review and approve them, and they are on call around the clock for teams in the UAE, the US and the UK.
What happens on the free demo?
Thirty minutes with an engineer. We show what the agents do, agree what the free audit covers, walk through the read-only access it needs, and if you bring your last invoices we give you a first estimate on the call.
